Park Rules

Please help us make your, and other guests, experience more enjoyable and pleasant by following these few simple rules. Anyone causing a disturbance or violating the park rules will be told to leave immediately, without a refund. Please contact our staff if you have any questions or concerns.

Common Courtesy: Respect other guests’ space and privacy. Respect is the golden rule. Failure to follow the golden rule may result in you being asked to leave the park.


Check In/Out: Check-in for RV/Tent sites is 1pm-6pm. No late arrivals. Strictly enforced. Checkout is 11am. Check-in for the Creekside Cabin starts at 4pm. Checkout is 10am. Late arrivals ok for the cabin. Please arrange with office.


Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00pm-7:00am, keep noise to an absolute minimum. No excessive noise at any time. Music and outdoor TV’s off at 10pm. Groups, please be more aware of your noise levels. More people, more noise. Noise travels easily here. Be a courteous neighbor.


Speed Limit: Maximum speed is 5 MPH. Watch for children and pets.


Outside Lights: Turn OFF when not in use and when you go to bed. LED lights are bright and disruptive. No blinking lights at any time.


Campfires / BBQ’s: Propane fire pits are allowed. NO WOOD fires at any time. Charcoal is allowed. Wood pellets are allowed, No wood chips/chunks. Dispose in charcoal disposal bins only. NO grills on tables. Damage to tables will be at your expense.


Pets: All pets must be tethered whenever they are outside your RV/Tent site, not to exceed your site limits. Pet fencing may be used at your site. Do not leave your pets unattended outside. While walking your pet it must be on a leash and under your control. Please respect other guests by maintaining a peaceful environment. No excessive barking. You will need to return if this happens while you are gone. You may be asked to leave the park if you cannot keep your pet under control. Pickup after your pet. Follow all dog park rules. Aggressive dogs not allowed.


Visitors: Additional overnight guests and their vehicles must register at the office on arrival. There are additional fees for guests and their vehicles. Maximum 6 persons per site. Rate includes 2 adults.


Vehicles: Each RV site includes 1 non habitable vehicle, and 1 RV (habitable vehicle). Additional vehicles, ATVs, boats are allowed and need to be registered at the office. There is an additional cost.


Trash: Please dispose of your trash in the four dumpsters conveniently located around the park.


Restroom/Shower House: Closed for cleaning daily from 12pm – 3pm, alternating men/women.


Children: Children may not be left unsupervised at any time. Please respect other guests by maintaining a peaceful environment.


Utilities/50 AMP Upgrade: We request your cooperation in the conservation of water and electricity. RV site rates include 30 amp. If 50 amp is wanted, a daily fee of $10 plus tax is required. Please bring a 30M to 50F pigtail if you do not want to pay the additional cost.


Electrical Vehicle Charging: NOT Permitted. Please go to Mammoth to charge your vehicle.


Generator Hours: 7am – 10am and 4pm – 10pm.


Washing Dishes:
Clean at the dishwashing station only. Located near the trout pond parking.


Trout Ponds: They are private and a fee is required. Fishing the ponds without paying is stealing.


McGee Creek: Please be aware and maintain safety for you and children. The creek has a fast current and is freezing. If you are fishing the creek, do not enter an occupied site.


Site Selection: We do our best to reserve particular sites, but we do reserve the right to move you to a different site if needed.


Early Departures: You are responsible for your entire reservation. NO refunds.


Weather: Camping is an outdoor experience. You may encounter snow, rain, smoke, freezing

temperatures and high winds with possible power shut offs. Be prepared. We don’t control the weather or SCE. No refunds for weather or power shut offs.

Liability: The Park, its owners, and employees are not responsible for any accident, injury, damage, theft, or loss to either property or persons from use of the park or its facilities. You are liable for the actions of your pets, children and guests and financially responsible for any damage done to park facilities or other campers’ property. We reserve the right to refuse service or facilities use, or evict anyone at discretion of the management at any time without a refund.
