Cancellation Policies
Before finalizing your reservation at McGee Creek RV Park, we advise you to carefully review our cancellation policy. Understanding these terms will help you make informed decisions and avoid any misunderstandings should your plans change.
CANCELLATION/CHANGES POLICY:
RV/Tent Sites: Cancellations are refunded in full less a $25 cancellation fee, if cancelled at least 21 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date will forfeit the deposit. Any and all changes to your reservation must be made 21 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no shortening of days or date changes made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date. Please note that if you are moving sites mid stay, that is one reservation, use your first arrival date for the policy above. If you do not cancel your reservation prior to your arrival date or you do not arrive for your reservation, you will be charged in full for your entire reservation. Early departures will not be refunded. You can email us in the off-season and that email date will be used as your contact date and how the above policy will apply. We strongly recommend that you purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to: Medical emergencies, natural disasters, vehicle breakdown, Acts of God, pandemics, etc.) that may affect your stay with us.
Creekside Cabin: All of the above parameters apply, but the cancellation fee for the cabin is $50.
ACTS OF GOD:
Acts of God can happen anywhere and ruin your vacation. Fires happen in National Forests every year just as Hurricane’s happen on coastal areas. Subject to McGee Creek RV Park and Campgrounds Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy herein, it is expressly agreed that McGee Creek RV Park and Campground will not be held responsible and will not issue a refund for any reservations that are cancelled, prevented, restricted or interfered with by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, earthquake, fire, flood, Act of God, hurricane, storms, wars, civil or military disturbances, environmental hazards, or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of McGee Creek RV Park and Campground. In the event you attempt to cancel your reservation, arrive late, depart early, or otherwise alter your reservation as a result of any of the foregoing, you will be subject to McGee Creek RV Park and Campgrounds Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy as detailed herein. Travel Insurance can be a solution to help mitigate the risk for some of these issues. McGee Creek RV Park and Campground recommends you investigate the merits of perhaps purchasing travel insurance to cover the cost of your reservation in case of the foregoing.
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
We strongly recommend you take out a comprehensive trip cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen eventualities.
